As a certified pelvic floor physical therapist assistant and yoga instructor, I want to help people connect to their bodies. Understanding how your breath helps move your body through postures is an essential part of making yoga possible for all levels of fitness.

I want to help you learn and understand what your body is capable of by offering specialized yoga sessions designed for you. For those more comfortable in group settings, I offer a foundations of yoga postures class, focusing on making that essential connection of body and breath.

My passion is to help you understand whether you struggle with movement due to pain, injury, or lack of strength yoga is a way for you to help connect with your body, and it all starts with a breath.

About Me

My name is Andrea and I have been a Physical Therapist Assistant for over 10 years, working in both Inpatient and Outpatient settings. I became a Certified Pelvic Floor Specialist over 5 years ago and have continued my education and passion for people connecting their body and breath. I have practiced yoga for as long as I remember, even as a little girl I was fascinated by the postures in my mothers yoga books. I obtained my 200 hour yoga teacher training in 2024 and have been teaching classes ever since.

Monday Vinyasa Flow Class

  • A foundations of yoga postures class, focusing on connecting body and breath. A one hour class starting on the mat moving into vinyasas with opportunities for standing balance challenges. Great for beginners and those who love yoga flows.

Thursday Dynamic Strengthening Class

  • Class will be similar to Monday's, however, there will be dynamic strengthening opportunities for the total body throughout the class. Class is more challenging than Monday's and focused on strength.

One on One or Personalized Sessions

  • I offer one on one sessions as well as personalized sessions for those that may need a class more specific to the individual due to injury or preference. For more information please contact me.
